ASHTANGA & VINYASA FLOW

Our 200 hour Himalayan Asthanga Yoga Teacher Training Course we offer Primary Series with theme of class and dynamic flow of prana which one help you balance your five prana or you can go more deep in your asana practice .
Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga is a style of yoga as created by K. Pattabhi Jois during the 20th century, often promoted as a modern-day form of classical Indian yoga. He claimed to have learnt the system from his teacher, Tirumalai Krishnamacharya. The style is energetic, synchronising breath with movements. Ashtanga is the ancient practice of yoga, meaning eight limbs or branches, and is described in Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras. It is an ancient system of self realisation of which asana is just one component, and through dedicated practice one is able to ‘suspend the fluctuations of the mind’ and attain freedom from suffering. Ashtanga yoga integrates the practice of the eight limbs – including breathing techniques, postures, mental exercises and lifestyle choices – to bring the mind under control and enable sustainable inner peace and happiness.
The modern method of Ashtanga yoga is technically known as the Ashtanga Vinyasa system, and is a series of asana sequences of increasing difficulty that work to strengthen, cleanse and purify the body in preparation for meditation and other higher practices of yoga

THE PRACTICE

Ashtanga Yoga: Introduction to and history of the Ashtanga Yoga Primary Series and some Prana kriya dynamic breath which one help remove your internal blockage and go deeply in your physical practice.
four elements of Ashtanga yoga; Vinyasa, Ujjayi Breath, Bandhas and Dhristi.
Vinyasa flow: Dynamic flows practiced four to five times a week, principles of sequencing, designing and teaching Vinyasa Flow classes.
Sathkarma : Everyday sathkarma cleaning techniques how clean inner body
Other styles of Yoga: You will also get to practice other styles of yoga such as; partner yoga, Classical kundalini Yoga,Hatha Yoga during the course.
ALIGNMENT AND ADJUSTMENT WORKSHOPS
During the every weeks of the course, you will receive a two-hour workshop focused on alignment and adjustment techniques for the main postures of the Ashtanga Yoga primary series and a few other more advance postures. This workshops will also include modifications, advance variations, adequate use of props, postures clinics (arm balances, backbends, inversions, among others), and regular hands-on adjustments practice.

Substantial emphasis is placed on analytic training, muscular and skeletal anatomy, individual limitations and differences. In the modern thime deep breathing not work proper way bcz not clean our inner body so as well as we work on dynamic breathing preyer for deep breathing than Pranyama give you lot of benefit.you will revice benefit of every pranyama techniques .in this course you will learn abdomen breathing,the part of breath,Surya bedi Pranyama ,Chandr bedi Pranyama,Anulom Vilom Pranyama,Ujjayi Pranyama,kapalabhati Pranyama,Surya Muki Pranyama,and how you use bandhas and kumbhaka (breath hold ).
